CALMS would like to ask for your help in promoting positive thinking!

 

Do you have a positive thought for the day that you would like to share? Let CALMS know, and we will post it on our social media accounts.

 

You can also suggest good things to do, such as going for a walk or trying out arts and crafts.

 

You can even share a nice photograph you took!

 

If you have a good idea, please share it in our form below.
