Our team of Counsellors & Psychological Well Being Practitioners are highly skilled. All members of the PWP team have successfully completed an M.Sc. in Applied Psychological Therapies, are accredited by the British Psychological Society, and are subject to the highest standards of clinical governance. Our Counsellors and PWP’s primarily work at step 1,2 & 3 of the stepped care model with people with mild to moderate mental health problems and can also provide support and education for people with long term conditions, trauma and unexplained symptoms.

PWP’s use low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, alongside self-help tools to assist with bringing about change and resolution to your health problems.
