Care Plan/Assessment

When first presenting to CALMS you will be greeted by one our Qualified team who will conduct a telephone assessment to ascertain if your needs can be addressed in the C.A.L.M.S. Centre.

If CALMS is not the correct place you will be carefully signposted to the relevant agency/organisation where your needs can be better served.

After assessment if CALMS is right for you, our Counsellor/PWP/Therapist will assist you in drawing up a co-designed Care Plan specific to your needs. This Care Plan is not set in stone and can be changed and reviewed periodically with you and your designated therapist.
